We are pleased to introduce our Lifetime Warranty, which demonstrates our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service.

Coverage: PPGsmoke.com ("we," "us," or "our") warrants that the following products: U Float, Dual Float, Chase Cam, Strobe, Strobe System, Lamels, Headset, and Smoke System (collectively referred to as "Products") are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser ("Customer").

Terms and Conditions:

1. This Lifetime Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser who acquired the Product from PPGsmoke.com or an authorized retailer.
   
   
2. The Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Product purchased.
   
   
3. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
   
   
4. The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, modification, or any other unauthorized alteration.
   
   
5. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the Product.
   
   
6. PPGsmoke.com reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the Product to determine if the warranty claim is valid.
   
   
7. If a defect is found to be covered under this Lifetime Warranty, PPGsmoke.com will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product.
   
   
8. In cases where the Product has been discontinued, PPGsmoke.com may provide a comparable replacement.
   
   
9. The cost of shipping the Product to PPGsmoke.com for warranty service is the responsibility of the Customer.
   
   
10. PPGsmoke.com will cover the return shipping costs for valid warranty claims within the contiguous United States. For international customers or customers outside the contiguous United States, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the Customer.
    
    
11. Any warranty claim must be made within the lifetime of the original purchaser, as determined by PPGsmoke.com.
    
    
12. PPGsmoke.com reserves the right to amend or modify the terms of this Lifetime Warranty at any time. However, any changes will not affect any warranty claims made prior to the amendment or modification.
    
    
13. This Lifetime Warranty is in addition to any other rights and remedies you may have under applicable law.
